In this assignment I designed a logo and poster for a classmate. Both needed to capture the personality and interests of the "client," representing who they are as a whole.

My partner classmate for this assignment was the EVER talented alisa Tran.
When creating Alisa’s logo, the key concept I wanted to capture was family. I decided to centre a quaint cottage in the logo to embody the family cottage trips Alisa goes on each year with her cousins.
I added vibrant smoke coming from chimney to evoke a feeling of warmth, unity, and love coming from inside the lodge.
Behind the cottage, there are two main components. The water - showing Alisa’s love for swimming. And the mountain - represents Alisa's adventurous spirit and one of her favourite trips to blue mountain.
the elements form the shape of a triangle, with the cottage serving as a smaller triangle within. together, they form the letter “A” for Alisa.
Behind the mountain, I incorporated a red and yellow sunset filled sky, in the shape of a “T” for Tran, dually representing Alisa’s proud vietnamese roots.
